Today, I am excited to announce that Postal has secured $22 million of funding in Series B financing. This latest round will help us continue to build best-in-class technology for today’s business leaders, by bringing the offline marketing world into the digital era with a more scalable and efficient way to manage this proven channel.

We understand that consumers and buyers are expecting more authentic and meaningful connections with brands. They expect personalization that is targeted to their interests, needs, and challenges. Today, there are over 120 billion dollars being spent on direct mail, personalized incentives, branded swag, corporate gifting, and other memorable experiences. However, historically there hasn’t been a way to track, attribute, automate or scale this proven channel. We created Postal to automate offline experiences, traditionally an area with the highest conversion rates, but lowest technology enablements.

How Postal Works

Our experiences come from an expansive marketplace featuring high-end, locally curated items from specialized vendors to create and automate meaningful experiences. This helps to drive better engagement with prospects, increase conversion rates, and boost employee engagement. Borrowing the marketing automation playbook, Postal integrates existing marketing systems and signals to automate direct mail, incentive marketing, brand advocacy, internal and external events, and branded company swag.

Our Series B round is led by OMERS Ventures (Crunchbase, Shopify), with participation from our existing founding investor, Mayfield Fund (Marketo, Outreach), bringing our total capital raised to $31 million. Our new funds will be used to grow the Postal team, deliver on our product roadmap, and expand into international markets.
